5) Bent knee vertical bench legraises

The exercise is done in an almost similar manner with the Vertical bench crunches. The bench used for it is the same, the difference is that in this instance the subject doesn’t really curl his/her back, rather he/she keeps it straight and pushed against the back support of the bench.
