2) Bent over twists

This exercise is a variation of the one presented before.
The subject stands feet comfortably apart holding a bar across the shoulders and behind his/her neck just like in the previously described exercise. The execution is pretty much the same only before starting the exercise the subject leans forward (preferably till his/her torso is parallel to the floor) and twists the upper body to the sides starting from this position.
Head and pelvis still need to be locked motionless.
