1) Roman chairs

This exercise is designed to hit the upper abs.
The subject sits on the roman chair, legs hooked under the support. Crossing the arms in front of his/her chest he/she lean back till the torso closes an angle of about 75 degrees with the floor. Flexing for a second he/she raises the torso back up concentrating on the quality of the contraction.
Extra considerations: - by inserting something under the front part of the roman chair you can increase the angle and thus the intensity of the exercise.
