2) Twisting crunches

This exercise is a variation of the one described just before.
The difference between the two consists in the fact that in the case of the twisting crunches, during the execution of the exercise, while curling the back up and to the front the torso is twisted a bit on the side. The exercise is done alternatively to work both obliques.
