We, the creators of this site, are three friends who share bodybuilding as our common passion. When we started bodybuilding (actually the whole thing started out as a fun little trip to the local gym) reliable information on the matter was extremely scarce. One could say, we started out “feeling” our way around in the dark, and our early results were the best reflection of such a state of affairs.

Later as we managed to get hold of good, solid, bodybuilding information, (not just the usual misguided Gym-buzz, where everyone throws in their 50 cents) it amazed us how results started showing. Soon it came through to us, that in the case of this sport - as with pretty much everything in life - knowing “the right stuff” before actually getting down to it, could really make the difference. As later two of us went on to obtain nice results locally, (not to mention the feeling of confidence the whole thing provided us with, and other health benefits) we felt we owed as much to the people who provided us with the right information at the right time, to try to pass it on in as clear a format as possible. Thus this site was born.
Maybe it’ll spare some future bodybuilder of all the - sometimes embarrassing - and time consuming mistakes we have made, and thus their path to success will be much smoother and they’ll go a lot farther than we did.

I always said “nutrition is just as important, if not more important than proper training”. The right type of information might just be more of a factor then nutrition and training put together.

Every single exercise presented on this site has been tested by us, and - provided it’s done properly - with all recommendations in sight, they’re all safe to do for people the doctor didn’t advise otherwise. Always consult your doctor before deciding to take up any type of physical exercise.
Despite this fact, and because the multitude of factors, involved in the execution of an exercise are - for someone of our intelligence - impossible to cover entirely, fit-world.net and its creators take no responsibility whatsoever for injuries ( physical or otherwise) resulted from advice presented on the pages of fit-world.net. All information found here is of purely informative nature.
All text on this website is our very own creation and as such subject to copyright, however, it’d be a low-down, dirty, not to mention unfair thing to try to claim the ideas expressed here as our own. They’re not our own, they’re the result of the research and testing, generation after generation of bodybuilders have done (sometimes with sacrifices). The text itself however, as expressed before, is our very own, and all attempts to copy it will be promptly uncovered, notified, and in case copies are not removed, legal steps shall be taken..

In regards to the pictures presented here. All of the pictures presented on fit-world.net were scanned by us from different publications with the sole purpose to inform and properly illustrate the different forms of physical activities presented. All pictures were sized down. If any one of these pictures may violate anybody’s copyright don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll have them removed and/or replaced with all due apologies.

We hope that information found on our pages will be helpful to someone. (it sure was for us)

Best Regards,
The fit-world.net team
