3) Behind the back wrist curls

A power exercise destined to hit the flexors of the forearm.
The subject holds a barbell behind his/her back with an overhand grip palms facing backwards. He/she lets the bar roll out of his/her palm and hooks it with his/her fingers.
Slowly, he/she works the bar back to its starting position by lifting it with the wrist only and letting it roll back to his/her palms.
Extra considerations: - don’t shrug or bend your elbows. Use the wrist only to achieve the goal of the exercise.
