1) Triceps cable pressdowns

One of the basic exercises one can see in every gym dome for the overall development of the triceps.
The subjects stands upright (not leaning forward) arms hanging down the sides. He/she grabs hold of a bar attached to the cable of an overhead pullet with an overhand grip. Elbows remaining motionless at he sides he/she then pulls down on the bar until the arms lock. Flexing the target muscle a little bit, he/she then lets the bar back up as far as possible slowly and under control.
Extra considerations: - can be done with a multitude of bars and grips
