9) Dips behind the back

A very good exercise for overall triceps thickness development.
The subject stands in front of a horizontal bench with his/her back to it. Reaching back with the hands he/she grabs hold of the edge of the bench. Placing his/her feet up onto something a bit higher than the bench he/she is leaning onto, he/she slowly lowers his/her upper body bending the elbows. After having reached the bottom of the motion he/she pushes back up stopping just short of the arms locking at the top of the motion.
Extra considerations: - if you feel your own bodyweight isn’t enough you can place some plates onto your lap to increase the difficulty.
