4) Lying triceps extensions

This exercise is a full triceps workout. It is also called the Skull-crusher because of the position the subject takes up during the exercise in relation to the E-Z bar the exercise is done with.
The subject lies on a flat bench face up, head just a bit off the edge of the bench. Holds an EZ bar at arms length above the chest.
Holding the elbows steady he/she lowers the weight back in an arc-like motion past the head until it reaches the level of the bench-seat.
Then he/she lifts it back to starting position using only the triceps to achieve this. At the top of the motion he/she flexes the triceps a bit.
Extra considerations: - choose the weight you use for this exercise carefully, you don’t want this to become a real skull crusher, do you?
