13) Machine curls
There are a variety of machines that can be found in gyms dedicated for biceps workout. Using a machine instead of weight promotes definition more that the gaining of mass. With this in mind, when working on a machine like this, one should focus to obtain the longest possible range of motion (working against the continuous resistance of the machine)and the best possible quality of contraction.
This of course eliminates any cheating possibilities.
