11) Reverse curls

This exercise aims for biceps and forearm development.
It’s execution is the same as that of the standing barbell curls, only this time the subject uses an overhand grip instead of an underhand one.
Extra considerations:
- keep thumbs atop the bar when lifting. It’ll give the lower arm a break.
- elbows stay steady all through the exercise.
