4) Reverse preacher bench barbell curls

The targets of the exercise are the forearm extensors and the biceps.
Execution is done as follows:
The subject holds the barbell (or E-Z bar) with a shoulder-wide overhand grip over a preacher bench.
Curling the wrists upwards first he/she then curls the barbell all the way up to his/her chin where the biceps are flexed a bit then the weight slowly lowered to its starting position.
