3) Seated triceps presses
An exercise which aims for complete triceps development, working the inner part especially well.
The subject sits down on a horizontal bench holding a barbell with both hands about shoulder width apart with an overhand grip. He/she lifts the barbell up above the head arms fully stretched elbows close to the head. This is the starting position of the exercise. The subject lowers the weight down in an arc-like motion to the back and down elbows kept motionless. Once the bottom of the motion is reached he/she lifts it right back to starting position, only forearms moving.
Extra considerations: - flex the triceps at the top of the motion a bit.
