5) Close grip pulldowns.

This exercise works the lower section of the lats and tries to emulate the motion and the effects presented in the Close grip chinups section. It allows beginners to train the same way advanced Bodybuilders do with the chinups. Again, because of the fact that the weight one works with is adjustable.
It’s executed the same way as the wide grip pulldowns only using a special close grip handle.
