2) Machine pullovers.

This exercise is designed to emulate the complicated motion one needs to do during barbell pullovers. It makes it easier to concentrate on the quality of contraction (no need to balance the weight here) and it also provides continuous resistance for the muscle to work against.
Extra consideration: - make sure you take full advantage of the range of motion the machines provide. (jam that bar into your belly at the bottom).
