2) T-bar rows.

The purpose of the exercise is the same as that of the one presented just before.
The difference between barbell rows and the T-bar row is that this one is done with the upper body stiff at a 45 degree angle.
It is a good power exercise because of the amount of weight that can be handled this way. Because of the close grip it’ll work the outer lats the most.
Extra considerations: keep lower back stiff all through because:
1. you do not need to work it with this exercise.
