4) Bent forward cable crossovers

Another specialized exercise designed to work the inside portion of the middle and lower pectorals. The target change is once again achieved by changing the angle of attack.
The subject uses two floor-level pulleys this time. Holding a handle in each hand pulls the arms from the side to meet in front of his/her chest in an arc-like motion ( arms bent a bit in the “barrel hug” position - this will protect the elbows from overload and possible injuries) At the front the motion need not be stopped when the two handles meet. Continue it by crossing them and flexing the pecs as much as possible.
