3) Close-grip Chinups.
In much the same way that a lats exercise is used to develop the serratus in the case of the machine pullovers presented before, the close grip chinups are also a lats exercise used to serve the same goal. Again max concentration on the quality of contraction is required to make this exercise count for the serratus. ( the execution itself is presented in the “back” section given the fact that it is a lats exercise after all..)
