4) Incline bench dumbbell presses
A variation of the exercise presented before, aimed for the middle and upper pecs. Again it presents the advantages lent by the larger motion range and the balancing of two separate weights, over the Incline bench barbell presses.
Its execution is done much the same way only with a dumbbell in each hand. Again make sure you touch the two dumbbells at the top of the motion.
