2) Military Presses
Military presses are almost a copy of the behind the neck presses except for the “behind the neck “ part. It also aims for the side and frontal deltoids.
In this case the barbell should rest on the subjects upper chest prior to the actual lift, instead of being positioned behind the neck. This exercise obviously puts much more strain on the frontal deltoids.
