12) Reverse overhead dumbbell laterals.

The purpose of this exercise is to develop the side and rear deltoids. It also works the trapezius a bit.
The subject takes a dumbbell in each hand, holds them hanging down the sides with the palms turned outwards. He/she then lifts the dumbbells not doing any rotation out of the wrists until the two dumbbells meet overhead.
Extra considerations: - the body has to stay still, no back and forth rocking.
