15) Seated bent-over dumbbell laterals.

This exercise is meant to work the rear deltoids. It is done in an almost similar fashion to Standing lateral raises, the differences are that it’s always done sitting down, and the torso is bent forward to single out the rear heads of the deltoids.
The subject needs to sit down bring his/her knees together, bend the torso forward and lift the two dumbbells up and to the side with the arms kept as straight as possible.
The lifting goes all the way to the top of the motion, then the weights are lowered.
