10) One arm side cable laterals
The exercise is meant to hit the rear and side deltoid heads. Bodybuilder Sergio Oliva used to do this a lot. The subject needs to stand up for this exercise with the arm hanging down the side. Grabbing the handle he/she needs to lift it upward in an arc-like motion, on the same side of the body the cable is on. The arm needs to stay straight.
The other hand should be put on the hip to avoid the tendency to cheat.
