6) Leg extensions

An exercise dedicated to best define the lower part of the quadriceps.
The subject sits on the machine gets his/her feet under the crossbar, then slowly lifts it until the leg straightens out completely. The knees should stay motionless during the exercise. He/she then slowly and keeping the weight under control lowers the feet bak into starting position.
