2) Standing leg curls.

This one is an exercise which is rather similar to the one presented before. Both its target and execution are almost the same. It is done in a standing position, thus the legs need to be worked alternatively. (you can’t lift both of your legs off the ground at once, now can you?)
The exercise is executed on a special leg-curl machine.
Extra considerations: - because legs are worked alternatively this exercise provides more isolation for the targeted muscle-group.
